These terms are the agreement between you and NN Store (NNChain) for using NN Store at store.nnchain.org. By creating an account you accept them and our Privacy Policy. They’re short; please read them.
What NN Store is
NN Store is NNChain’s app store and the one account you use for NNChain apps: your profile, a single identity check and your NNWallet.
NN Store is not a bank or a payment service. It doesn’t hold your money or tokens, and payments in an app are that app’s own.
Your account
- One account per person, for yourself only. You must be an adult (18 or older).
- Give true, current details and keep them up to date.
- Keep your password and second factor safe and don’t share your account: you’re responsible for what is done with it.
- Tell us at [email protected] straight away if you think someone else has used it.
The identity check
Some apps need your identity verified. The check is done once, in NN Store, by Didit, and counts for every NNChain app. Use only your own, genuine document.
We can’t promise that a check will be approved. A declined check can be tried again, and we may ask you to verify again if something seems wrong.
Your NNWallet
NNWallet is self-custodial: only you hold its recovery phrase and keys, on your devices. NN Store never has them, so if you lose your recovery phrase, NN Store cannot recover your wallet or its tokens. Write the phrase down and keep it safe and private.
Transfers on NNChain are final; we can’t reverse them. Your account has one linked NNWallet.
Apps in the store
Apps are independent services with their own terms, privacy policies and payments. What you agree and pay in an app is between you and that app.
We list apps to help you find them, but we aren’t responsible for their content, services or availability. An app gets data from your account only with your agreement.
Acceptable use
Don’t:
- break the law, or help anyone else do so;
- open accounts for other people or under a false name, or use someone else’s document;
- try to get into accounts, systems or data that aren’t yours, or get around the service’s security;
- disrupt or overload the service, or use bots or scraping;
- use NN Store for fraud, money laundering or financing terrorism.
Freezing and closing accounts
We may freeze or close an account that breaks these terms, when the law requires it, or to protect you, other customers or the service. We tell you why when we can, and apps that use your account are told.

No warranty, and limits of liability
We work to keep NN Store safe and available, but we provide it “as is” and “as available”, without promising it will always work without interruptions or errors.
As far as the law allows, NN Store (NNChain) is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by apps or other third parties, by events beyond our reasonable control, or by a lost recovery phrase, password or device. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn’t allow to be limited.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service changes. We show the date at the top, tell you about important changes before they apply, and ask for your agreement again where needed. If you don’t agree, you can close your account.
